At X-plus, we strive for full satisfaction with your electronics; if you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your X-plus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
